As part of using our platform we'll support your website for the whole time you use our platform, we want to make sure this is as stress-free as possible

What about SSL certificate

As part of the platform deal we can add SSL & HTTPS to your website, this will keep your website secure and safeguard any sensitive data between your website and the viewer.

What happens if I need to update my website

You can update your website at anytime 24/7, we do have a limit of up to 5GB being transferred per a month due to hosting limitations. But using our platform we can provide you access to where your website hosted or we'll be more than happen to update this for you at no additional cost

What about uptime

We aim to have a minimum of 98% uptime across our platform's either using our WordPress or HTML configuration, As the solution grows we will be aiming for a minimum of 99% uptime.

New Hosting Contract offers

We offer a range of different hosting contracts ranging from per a month (PAYG), yearly and our longest contract a 3 year deal.

Continued improvements to our platform

We are continuously looking at better ways to improve our platform, if there is a feature that you think is missing we're more than happy to put it forward to our development team.

On-going Website Support

If you choose to sign up for another term we will continue to keep supporting your website.

SSL Renewal

For any contracts over a year in length we will renew your SSL certificate!.

Website Changes

We don't just do website hosting, we can also help design and add additional pages. We're more than happy to quote you for any changes you wish to add.

Decide to leave?

If you decide you want to move your website to a new hosting provider at the end of contract, we'll package up your website along with any changes that have been made and remove the website from our platform
